• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Please email us for overseas orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  This is a side venture run by one single person. Our normal turnaround time is 3-7 days from when the order is placed, though depending on the workload of my day job this turnaround could vary. If you're ordering a recently released product, chances are you'll get it ASAP. If you're placing an order when we're not currently doing much, it might take a bit of time!

• What qualifies a product as a "pre-order"?

  In the case of Santapogue Media, when we put up pre-orders, the product is already in our possession. We don't like to make empty promises to our customers ("They still haven't arrived in the mail", etc.), so pre-orders are really just to follow the release dates we set. We will not ship your order out early, please don't ask. There are a lot of factors that go into setting a release date, and that includes my personal life and the workload I can put myself under.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
